Writing As Play -- A Creative Writing Workshop (4 weeks)

You’ve got a story or two to tell, haven’t you? But you’re thinking that writing is such hard work….Well, what if I told you that it doesn’t have to be? That it can be just as much fun as those “let’s-pretend” games we all played as children? Because it can be, as this workshop will show you. So bring your story ideas and anything you’ve been working on. We’ll experiment with ways of jump-starting your stories, and we’ll work on how to get re-started when you hit those literary bumps in the road. And you’ll learn how to tap into your imagination and bring your stories -- both fiction and non-fiction -- to life.

Optional: Join TJ on the second Friday of each month from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. for a Creative Writing Clinic. Fee is $12. Registration online or in person
