Location: Gather On Hopmeadow's Craft and Party Room

Fall in love with yourself!  Join Alison and TJ in a mindful yoga class where we will relax, cultivate and practice loving kindness to ourselves. From this  gentle place of self-awareness we will connect with our positive voice and write a letter of love and appreciation to our self. We will draft letters and then craft them and add artwork to decorate and bedazzle them!  

Please wear comfortable clothes, a yoga mat and a blanket. Also, bring a journal, pen and  art supplies or craft items you feel inspired to decorate with. 

This class is great for ages 12+

Bio

Alison has been dedicated to helping people find their writing voice through the mind/body connection for over 20 years as a classroom educator. She is a passionate teacher who uses gentle yoga practices, mindfulness, creativity and writing to deepen her students' understanding of themselves and others.  Alison Ide-Pech is a retired CT certified classroom educator and certified yoga teacher. 

TJ is the author of several books, two of them award-winning.  She has taught writing workshops in Connecticut and Massachusetts and believes that writing is a powerful tool for self-discovery.
