Therapeutic Painting with Olivia Ballinger

Connect within yourself and with others through self-expressive arts.

What to expect: Introductions, guided meditation, free flow painting, share experiences, and close. You do not need any experience with meditation or painting in order to enjoy and receive from this experience. Free flow painting means that you just paint what is in your heart or on your mind, and you can use inspiration from the guided meditation or flip through Olivia's artwork for ideas. We are not looking for any perfection, we are looking to simply enjoy the creative process. Olivia will guide you through this experience and will be available to help with any questions or painting tips.

You will receive an 11x14 in canvas to paint and take home with you, and all paint supplies will be provided with the $40 fee.

* Feel free to wear paint-friendly clothing. We will work with acrylic paint which does not come out of clothing easily.  Also, if you like to write your reflections you may bring a journal.

*Tea, coffee, and alcoholic beverages are also welcome at this event. Plan to bring whatever you feel comfortable drinking.
